From more than 10 years, am An Iphone user, but i got an Ipad, and need to know if there are any apps that can not run on Iphone but can run on Ipad? specially if related to accessibility, music feeld, or games for blinds?

I don't think there are any.
If you are totally blind, there isn't much point to an iPad, in my opinion. A decent kbluetooth keyboard and an iPhone will do all the same things. The only advantage I can think of is fewer page flip pauses when reading apple books. Unfortunately, if my wife's iPad is anything to judge from, you also get worse sound. I understand the iPad pro has four speakers, and if someone gave me one I wouldn't turn it down, but otherwise I just can't convince myself of the need for an iPad.

You are totally right, but for me, i do not have 2 Iphones like before, so i need something for streaming Tv channels, Music or anything, while using my Phone,
That's what my old phone is for.
I used to use an iPod for this, but it got really old, so now I use my iPhone 6, or just chromecast from my current phone. Chromecast will let me do other things with the phone while it is streaming to my tv in the background.
