Hey all, I purchased the app today and wondering if anyone can tell me how to open two documents at the same time? In iA Writer this is possible but not sure if it is so in Scrivener.
Thanks.
I recommend you take a look at section 3.2.1 and see if you can make sense of it. Some features are kinda confusing to understand, I had some trouble finding how to split files with the keyboard last month.
Hey there. Thanks for the suggestion. There is no sections numbered the way you described in the tutorial of the app on iPad. Maybe you are referring to the MacOS variant. However for those who are having the same question I found the answer. Open the first document, then move to the other document and use the rotor to More then double tap and choose Quick Reference. The terminology is confusing but this is how to view documents at the same time.
I was talking about the PDF version of the tutorial. I'm glad you found how to do it. It seems to make the writing process smoother, as you probably can change the reference document if necessary all inside scrivener.
