Hello.
Has anybody used the Webex platform? This is a platform similar to zoom and teams which i can use no problem, but Webex app is very laggy with voice over to the point that i can’t use it because Voice over is so slow to read what is on the screen? Is this just me? I am using an ipad on ios 12. Whilst i can phone in to these meetings, it makes it hard to use the chat feature or any of the other functions that come with using the app itself.
Thanks for your help :)

A couple of thoughts. iOS 12 isn’t the newest IOS out there, and WebEx was recently updated. I don’t know how much legacy support there is or if the older IOS could be playing a part. Second, how is your connection, and could that be playing a part? These were just a couple of things that came to mind, and you may have already looked into them. I keep saying I am going to do some testing with WebEx, but I never seem to find the time.
Probably due to hiOS version
I recently had to use Webex on an iPhone running iOS 14, and didn't notice any lag issues. In fact, it was quite an accessible and pleasant user experience.
So, it might well be time to take the plunge and update to iPadOS unless your iPad doesn't support it or there are other reasons not to.
Works great! Use it all of the time.
I use WebEx all of the time and find that the VoiceovEr accessibility experience is better on iOS than it is on macOS.
I've not tried it on iPad, but know it works great on iPhone.
NVDA and Windows 10 app.
Not much of a challenge using it on the iPhone with IOS 14.4. However, surprising with NVDA and Windows 10 the app. is really a pain to use; it announces the button and a string of numbers which I have no idea for what
Magic tap
I didn't know magic tap would mute and unmute. That's great to know. Finding the mute and other controls is my only problem because they always disappear. I have to double tap somewhere just to get everything to stay.
