Ventrilode

Hello, I was going through the apps on the IPhone the other day and one app I noticed I hadn't had much of a chance to play around with was Ventrilode. For those who don't know, ventrilode is an app that lets you connect to ventrilo servers. Some one recommended the app to me and it was at a lower price as a deal. At the time I thought I would just buy it before the price went back up, and so I did. This was around the time when I got my new IPhone and I was getting apps left and right as an overjoyed IPhone enthusiast. From what I've seen of the app, it looks fully accessible, but there's a problem. I don't have a ventrilo server to test this on. Personally I like the sound quality with team talk much better, but ventrilo still exists and would be another way for people to talk with each other. I'd submit the app but I haven't really had a chance to connect to a server and see how accessible it is in order for me to give a full rating of this app. Does anyone have a server, or know of some one who has a server so I can test this app out? For those who might be interested in purchasing the app, you'll want to search for ventrilode in the app store. I tried searching for a friend, but it was already installed on my IOS device so I couldn't give them an accurate price. I paid 2.99 for the app when it was dropped in price. Anyway, I thought this might be fun to test out. I know there's a way to get a free server on your computer, but I'm not too comfortable setting it up on my 8 year old computer whom I've dubbed Old Wilma. She's about on her last leg, lol. I know that team talk sounds much better, but I was just thinking of trying this app out, as it might be another cool way for those with IOS devices to voice chat. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks, Melissa

Hello, I've not had a chance to try this app out yet. I don't have a server to test it on. Everyone's primarily using team talk these days. I had also wanted to try out an irc client for the IPhone, but not too many of my friends are using irc these days. I'll try it when I'm able, and let you know.
