Apparent bugs with the Native weather app and Siri shortcuts with seeing AI

Since updating to iOS 14.2, I noticed the following bugs. Not sure if anyone else has encountered these
The weather app is no longer easily usable. It behaves like a PDF document formatted in columns. It reads the weather times and then the weather conditions and temperatures for each time. Does anyone know if there is any setting that will fix this
Secondly, the Siri shortcuts with seeing AI now only open seeing AI. The specific shortcuts that I created to open short text hand writing colour identification and product identification no longer work to go quickly to these channels in Seeing AI

I’ve had the same issues with Seeing AI. I thought it was just me. Are use a shortcut both with Siri and voiceover to open my photo gallery. And it’s not doing that.

I tested the weather app, andSeeing AI, The Siri shortcuts are opening the appropriate channel when requested, and the weather app is reading correctly, not in a table format style.
I am using an iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The only thing I can suggest is to make sure that screen recognition is not on for the weather app, you can find this using the rotor gesture and disabling it.

Thanks for your help with the native weather app. When I turned off screen recognition with the rotor, the weather app started working properly with voiceover

However, the Siri shortcuts that I created for seeing AI, are still not working properly. They will only open the app and not go to the appropriate channel. I am running iOS 14.2.1 on an iPhone 12
Not sure if there is a setting I need to adjust
Thanks
