Apple has today released iOS 14.2.1 to resolve a small number of notable issues specific to the iPhone 12.
Here are the release notes for iOS 14.2.1;
- Some MMS messages may not be received
- Made for iPhone hearing devices could have sound quality issues when listening to audio from iPhone
- Lock Screen could become unresponsive on iPhone 12 mini
As iOS 14.2.1 is a limited release for the iPhone 12 only and addresses issues specific to these models, it is unlikely that it includes any fixes or changes for blind or low vision users. iOS 14.2.1 is available to iPhone 12 owners via Over-the-Air Update (Settings > General > Software Update) via Finder on a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, or via iTunes on a PC or Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier.
