Hi all,
A while back, I added a second payment method to my Apple ID, and now I want to switch to that payment method, but I can't figure out how. It seems like the logical thing to do would be to tap the edit button, then double tap and hold on the payment method you want to change, then drag it up. However, I can't seem to get that to work. How do I change my payment method?

On the Wallet app,double tap and hold one of the payments and drag it up or down. I'm not sure how to explain what's what first, but the phone will alert you as which payment method will be your default.
Not using Wallet, tried that already
I'm not using Wallet, in fact I don't have anything set up in regards to Apple Pay. I'm talking about my iTunes Store account, accessed by the more tab in the iTunes Store, or by tapping on your name at the top of the settings screen, which is how I usually access it. From there, I tap "Payment and Shipping," and I see both payment methods and the edit button, but when I tap the edit button, then double tap and hold to drag a payment method, nothing happens.
