Possible bug, haptic related

For some time I have been using VO haptic and turned the sounds off. Was loving this way. But recently been noticing that haptic feedback stops when using the earpiece and coming back to speaker, typically after hanging up a call. The way to start it appears to be by turning off VO and then turning it on. Any inputs? Thanks.

Hi. I'm not sure when but sometimes it just doesn't haptick. I do turn on voiceover and it seems to work. One thing that I've always noticed is that some hapticks you can feel easier when typing then others. Like J might feel it, K not so much. I also have an Otterbox case so maybe that's why I don't feel them as I feel others. I have it set to 100% I'm curious with newer models of phones, is the vibrations felt more? Like stronger?

I've been getting this bug since the beginning of iOS 13, and like many others, turning VoiceOver off and back on again fixes it for a time, but sometimes I have to shut the device down and restart it but that isn't often.
