I know this is not about an apple product, but Has anybody had this problem before? My fitbit charge three battery level keeps draining. Is there a way to see if the watch is updating or something? The app doesn't say anything either so I don't know what's going on. I've restarted the watch, turned on and off bluetooth on my IPad and let the watch battery drain completely and recharge to full. Voiceover doesn't read anything on the app about my charge 3 updating but I'm wondering if the watch updates without me knowing it.

It does update without you knowing
I didn’t see if you removed the Fitbit from your phone and re added it. The only other thing I would try is to call customer service. They have been super helpful to me the three years or so I’ve had a Fitbit. I know it updates on own because I had issues with not getting vibration alerts when I got a text/phone call and called in. Apparently, it is a known bug with iOS and my charge too. I was told that a programmer would make some sort of change and push it to my app/watch.
No, I didn't actually remove the device
I actually did not remove the device from my iPad because I did not know if I had to enter a code to make it retrust the watch. anyway, thank you for letting me know. That may be why the battery keeps draining. I've had that happen once before.
