I absolutely LOVED AccessNote! I was sad when it went away, but I've discovered that the native Notes app in iOS is very good. I can easily organize my notes and share them. There is not a dropbox option in the share sheet, but it is easy enough to share them to dropbox. Another great alternative is the create tab in dropbox. You have a variety of ways to create and upload files there.

I have used AccessNote for a long time and continue to use it after I could no longer sync it with dropbox so I’ve got a find a way to copy all the notes that are in there that aren’t in dropbox to a folder and some of them are important of course, so, looks like I have my work cut out for me :-) have a great day

Apps come and go
So The best way is to have things in simple text form, which would allow one to copy it anywhere.
