Hi there, A lot of elements in iOS app interfaces provide extra functionality after a long press action. I was wondering if their was a way to trigger the same while voice over is enabled?

Hi, I believe what you want is a double tap and hold. That is, double tap the element with your finger as usual, but hold it there instead of releasing it. You will know you have succeeded when you hear a three tone sound. If you have already tried this, I apologize. However, it seems to work with apps over here.

I use touch and hold quite frequently. However, I could not set up my voice mail with voiceover on my ISP anbd required sighted help. I had to ;press and hold the number one on the phone pad and couldn't manage it with either keyboard typing setting. Perhaps that option needs a third setting which will allow a touch and hold on the keyboard with voiceover on?
