Hey everyone.
I am a braillenote touch user and I like to use the amazon kindle app to read books on my display.
I was wondering however, if anyone was having issues getting past the first four pages of a book? if so, did they find a way to fix this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Tali

We are struggling to turn a page with the speech off, how do you do it? And did you get anywhere with your issue?

I appreciate that my reply is somewhat late, but in case you haven’t found a fix, or for anyone who wishes to read books on their BrailleNote Touch with the Kindle App, I’ll explain what I’ve found works for me.

I’m DeafBlind so I can only talk about reading in braille but I would assume that this would also work for speech as well, could anyone confirm that?

This isn’t a perfect solution (I much prefer reading books with the Easy Reader app) but for the most part it works allowing me to read Kindle books on the BN.

The first thing you need to do is toggle off TouchBraille. To do this press the Previous and Next Thumb Keys. Do the same again when you want to turn it back on.

Once the TouchBraille is off. You then use the right thumb key to read the page until you reach the bottom. You’ll know when you’re at the bottom of the page because it says bottom.

To move to the next page swipe from right to left with three fingers. Continue reading the new page by pressing the right thumb key until you reach the bottom again and then swipe to the next page.

I hope this helps someone.
