For the life of me I cannot figure this one out. I had created several keyboard combinations to launch applications. For example using right option key with c launched the calendar app. I want to remove or change this keyboard combination and I cannot remember how to do that. Help!

Keyboard Commander shortcuts can be added, modified, or removed by opening VoiceOver Utility, selecting, "Commanders," in the, "utility categories," table, and selecting the keyboard tab.

There should be a list of all your configured shortcuts. To delete one, focus on it, press the Delete key, and confirm the action in the resulting dialog.
