Best charging practices for iPhones

Hello everyone. What do you guys recommend for keeping the battery in my i Phone 11 as healthy as possible for as long as possible? I have done google searches on this but get a lot of conflicting reports and articles. My battery is at 99 percent health. I normally charge my phone when it gets to 20% but only once or twice let it get down to 5% or so. My understanding was that was the right way to care for the battery? Some articles say to leave it plugged in or charge it 75% or so. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this. I want to keep this 11 for a good 3 or 4 years or so. I'd rather keep the stock battery running as long as I can. Thank you all so much.

How old is your iPhone 11? I have my iPhone 11 on last November, But now my battery health is at 94%. I charge my iPhone with 29 W adapter

The best thing I can say is to get a battery case. They'll stop charging when the battery reaches 100% and switch off, If your battery is at 99% health, keep doing what you're doing. I've had my iPhone 10 for 2 years now, and it's still at 96% healthy. I don't let my battery run down to nearly nothing. Letting a battery run down is a good idea once in a blue moon, but don't stress it too much.

Look up charging practices for phone lithium polymer cells, that's what is in the iPhones, and you should get a lot of good info.

If you haven't done already, perhaps you could turn on Optimize Battery Charging. That might help stretch your battery's life a bit. If you go to Settings, then Battery, under Battery Health, near the bottom, the toggle for it is there.

I got my iPhone 11 last September and my battery health is still at 100%. I typically place it on my Belkin Apple Watch/iPhone charging dock at night when going to bed and take it off in the morning when I get up.

I do occasionally put it on a Qi charger in my living room, especially when I'm about to stream my television shows online.

For the most part, doing it this way, my batteries have always seemed to stay above 90% after 2 years. Last year, when I traded in my 8 Plus, the battery health was at 93%, and 2 years after owning my 6 Plus, the battery health, according to a representative at the Apple Store, was still at 96%.

It all depends on whether you get a defective battery, which is rare. I think only charging it overnight and taking it off in the morning, seems to be the best way to make your battery last as long as possible. It appears that batteries only have so many charging cycles before they wear down, so the less times you place it on a charger, to charge up fully,throughout the day, the longer the battery should last. But I'm no expert, so this is only my opinion.

Hello. I got the 11 at the end of October. When I sold my 8 Plus last year it was also on 93% health and I had purchased it in October of 2017.
