Could I get some advice as to how best to use the Kindle app with voice-over.

I've tried using the Kindle app to read books before, but I don't seem to have any luck with it.
I much prefer iBooks, because I can see exactly what page I'm on and can swipe to change the page, or multiple pages at once, and I don't have to click on any menus to access the Books controls, it's all done from the same screen.
But a lot of books are in Moby format so I thought I should get to grips with the Kindle app, so does anyone have any advice on how I can use it?

If you look in the section of my Personal Power guide called "Read All About it", there's a whole subsection on using the Kindle app. It's absolutely well worth learning. It's possible to use three finger swipes to turn pages. Left goes forward and right goes backward. It does take a bit of exploration to grasp the menu system but it's consistent and works well once you grasp the duel layers. There's a larger outer menu and then there the navigation menu for getting around inside a book. Hope that section of my guide can help you out.

Hello! I think there’s a podcast on here for the Kindle app. I think you can find it by going to the Kindle app page on here, and then there should be a section called related podcasts. Click on the Podcasts link in that section, and you should be able to find it. If not you can always do a search for the Kindle app, and click on the podcast filter.

When I get a kindle book from my PC, I open kindle in my iphone, slide to find title, tap on it to download, listen until VO tells me is downloaded. I tap on it to play. You will get a info about the book slide to close it, tap again and will open book, using 2 fingers slide down to play. Same step to play again if you get a notification.

Ah the Kindle app. This is my favorite app.
I created a web folder and placed it in the dock. (hint use edit mode)(
I have Safari and a Kindle Store shortcut in the folder.
Open this link from your phone.
https://www.amazon.com/Kindle-eBooks/

Find the share icon near the bottom of the screen. You may have to click the more option to find but I did not have to. Look for add to home screen, click it. You will get a promot to name it. Just go with the default name, Kindle Store.

Then to get that shortcut into a web folder like I have go into edit mode and drag the icon. Open the web folder and flick to your first entry, it should be Safari. Swipe down until you hear drop Kindle Store after Safari. And your all set. Half the reason I switch to Android every other year is I dislike loading safari every time I want a book.

How do I make notations on the iOS kindle app?

If you do a one finger double tap and hold after the second tap, a menu of options will pop up. Flick right through these options and you will come to "create a note".
