Hello everyone. I wish that everyone is staying safe and are following precautions enforced by the Governments of the pertinent destination. I had a question for those who receive this post which concerns accesible media player apps. I have downloaded Music from Youtube to my Pc and would like to move this to my iPhone. Once moved to the iPhone, is there an app that can play this music without WiFi? I need this app to be accessible with Voiceover and a Braille display. Also, please state the easiest ways to move the Music. Thanks.

First copy all your downloaded music from PC to Iphone with the use of iTunes then you'd be able to play on your apple music, which is fully accessible.
