I use 5-0 radio Pro. It is very useful because it not only has police scanner capabilities but it also has NOAA weather radio feeds as well. It is very accessible too.
5-0 radio pro is a good one. I like it because it allows you to record what you're listening too. Then I like scanner radio. You can use it for free or you can purchase the pro addition from within the app to get a few more features.
