So I have an iPad. It is not very new and not very large. It is not mini but a pro. That doesn't matter.
I have mostly used my keyboard to use it but now I want to learn to do it without, because I prefer touch screens rather than keys when I am not writing. The reason why is because my swipes go in the wrong direction all the time. I can use braille input on screen though. Not the tabletop mode seeing that my swipes get messed up.
This is a stupid question, I knw. :-)
Edit: I am completely blind.

How do I hold my
I have mine in the case with my home button to the right. That all depends on several factors. What orientation an app uses, and your personal preference. I like it with the home button to the right, because when I first started learning how to use touchscreen devices a few years ago, that’s how my teacher had her phone. I like landscape because it’s a lot easier to work with, and bigger keyboard.
I also use mine in landscape
I also use mine in landscape with the lightning port to the right. I lock my orientation also so it doesn't change unless the app is only portrait.
I kno.
It is in landscape mode, just don't know because my swipes go to hell and I don't know why.
RE: I kno
Sasha, have you ensured that your iPad is locked into landscape mode? If not then this could explain why your swipes seem to be doing things that are not expected. You have the choice to lock the device in either landscape or portrait, based on your preference. Once the screen has been locked, then your device shouldn't go crazy anymore.
