Voice Dream error help

Hi, I recently purchased and downloaded the Voice Dream app. I activated Bookshare to link it to Voice DReam, and it confirmed my username and password. However, when I download a book from Bookshare, it comes up in the list as "Book" instead of the title of the book, and says it has "0 seconds." Essentially, then, I am getting empty files instead of the actual books. Has anyone had this error, and what did you do about it? Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this problem? I tried contacting the app's maker with the in-app "Contact Us," but that was over a week ago and I've not heard even a "We're busy and will get to you soon," so I'm not really impressed with that. This was not a cheap app ($10.99 for the app, $0.99 for linking it to Bookshare, and $2.99 for the voice I wanted (for some reason, Paul is $2.99 instead of $1.99). I spent my money to get what it claims to do, and now I can't do that. Soooo frustrated! With hope, Jewel
