I have only tried using GarageBand on my iPhone a couple times. The problem I'm having is that despite my rotation being locked in portrait mode, every time I open GarageBand it automatically goes into landscape mode, making it really weird to try to navigate with VoiceOver. Is there anyway to fix it where it stays in portrait mode?

Apps defaulting to landscape mode
I believe we are out of luck there, as many apps are created to work only in landscape mode. Someone should correct me though if I am wrong.
I might have to use a Bluetooth keyboard
this is the first app I've come across that does this. I haven't tried it with my Bluetooth keyboard yet, but that may be how I have to use the app, unless I can teach myself to use it in landscape mode. landscape mode is weird for me, because the bottom of the phone becomes the left side and the top of the phone becomes the right side, which is the exact opposite of the way I thought it should be. if my rotation is locked in portrait mode, you would think that it should force all apps into portrait mode regardless of their default settings but it doesn't.
