Hi All,
Whilst the Amazon App I've found is way short of being totally accessible I updated yesterday and now it is totally screwed. When you open the app it takes you to the status bar on your phone and that is it you can't do anything. So if you haven't updated you may want to think twice. It could be my phone iOS13.3.1 iPhone 8 but I'd be surprised. Hope this helps someone.

This is in the UK so I suppose it maybe different in other countries.
Works Fine in Canada
I'm running the latest version of the Amazon app on my iPhone 11 with iOS 13.3.1 and all seems to be working fine as always.

It's not a UK issue. i'm in the UK and the app is working fine. I'm using IOS13.3.1 on an iPhone 8 too.

Hi. When was the last tiem you powered down your phone, waiting a bit then started it up? Not saying that will fix it, just giving it a shot. Sometimes, they can be cranky. :)

Thanks Siobhan that worked. Oddly that is the first thing I normally do with this type of issue. For some reason I never thought of it.
