I had a while back listened to Thomas' podcasts on Siri Shortcuts and recently upgraded to an iPhone 11. I tried adding the Share Location shortcut from the gallery but am now having trouble continuing with Thomas' instructions as I can not figure out how to get to the shortcut settings, for example to specify the recipient within the shortcut. Is the shortcut setting button inaccessible, or did the interface change a lot in I O S 13 and the method is different now, or is it just good old human error on my part? There does seem to be two places one can press something that says edit, but I couldn't make it work either way.

Steps to go to shortcut details
Hope this is useful but I don't have the shortcut you mention. Find it in the shortcut list in the app. Use the actions rotor and find "edit". Doubletap and the shortcut should open in the editor. Flick from top of shortcut until you see details and select this. You should find the setting you need here. HOpe this helps.
