Hi, I have an opportunity to purchase a Baille device. I use IPhone 7 and a Windows PC. While submitting an application to get refund I chose Braillesense polaris mini. Given my immediate decision please advice me what to buy. I may use the device: while correcting my articles, at work, maybe during travel and possibly to read for my kids. Given this, I'd rather have a relatively small device. And last but not least, does Braillesense work fine with different apps apart from editors? Look forward for your help. Thanks!

hello,

Ths site is for everything Apple. Since Apple does not make hardware braille devices, this is off topic.
thanks,
Daniel

Orbit is a good choice too, though you can't directly work on word files.

I was just fortunate enough to receive a Braille Note Touch Plus. I have a lot to learn, but I can tell you that it seems to work very well with my iphone from the brief amount of time I tried using it. Braille on my phone wasn't a huge priority, but it's great to know that it is an option should I ever want it. I think what I like best about the Braille Note is that it's basicly mainstream in a lot of ways. Anyway, since this is somewhat off topic for Applevis, I don't want to say anything else, but I wish you luck with whatever device you end up purchasing.

Since you are wanting to use the braille device with your Apple phone, not off topic at all.
