Hello everyone. Do you all know of any Bluetooth headphones with minimal voiceover lag? The Jabra 65t's are not it for sure. Should I just go for the airpods? The headphones were a gift so I'm not exactly how much they were. Probably $100. Thank you all so much for the help. I really do not like the voiceover lag with Bluetooth and I don't want to buy headphones just to test it.

My Recommendation
Hi Austin, I would highly recommend the Jaybird Tarah Pro. They cost a little more than the older earpods but they are packed with features. First and most importantly for you, when I bought mine I was thrilled to discover that there is no VoiceOver lag. There app is totally accessible for us. The buttons on the chord are very tactile, so I suspect they really do care about accessibility. Their sound is amazing; not only can you customize their multi-band graphic EQ, but you can download other users' sound presets. You do not have to listen to everything via their app to reap the benefits of their fantastic sound, they sound rich and vibrant for all audio. They have a fourteen hour battery life, and if you have to recharge and you don't have much time to do so, merely a five minute charge will give you three hours of playing and talk time. They are highly sweat and water resistant. I bought mine for many reasons, but one was so that if I was using my phone for map orientation for travelling and was caught in a downpour, I knew the headphones would handle the rain, and they certainly do. They have a braided cable, I've had mine now for ten months and I use them constantly on a daily basis and the cable is still absolutely fine. Even the Bose QC30 did not cope as well with my constant use and they were twice the price. The Jaybird Tarah Pro have three different sizes of winged ear-tips, so you can be guaranteed they will not fall out of your ears. I bought mine from the Apple Store app and had them within three days. I wasn't sure whether you were referring to wanting headphones or earbuds, but if you are looking for earbuds I doubt you would be disappointed with the Jaybird Tarah pro. If you're curious before you contemplate purchasing a pair, just install the Jaybird app. In there you can read all the manuals and specs for all their products. Also Youtube is full of reviews and sound comparisons to other brands on the market.
Have you tried updating?
I have a pair of Jabra Elite 65t and when I noticed lag I called customer support. he walked me through updating the software for my ear buds. Open the app, go to change language, even if you want to keep English, and update through there. he didn’t recommend doing it through the option for some reason, But suggested going that roundabout way through the languages. When I notice them getting laggy I go into the app and check and see if there is an update and nine times out of 10 updating usually fixes it.
That did not work. :(
Hello. I tried the update thing and even switched languages and reinstalled English and there is still a lag with these headphones. This is on an iPhone 11 128 GB so I'm sure it's not the phone. LOL But I appreciate the idea though.
Hello. I'm just sticking to
Hello. I'm just sticking to wired for now. I'll just wait for most headphones to be 5.0. I thought the 65t's were 4.0 but not sure. I just had the person who bought them for me return them. I really am not looking to spend the money for the airpods pro for now. I'm sure they are awesome headphones but they are just too much for me at the moment. I really appreciate your feedback though and we should keep this discussion going because I'm sure there is someone out there like me asking the exact same question. Thank you.
Hi,
Hi,
It's just how bt works. You're gonna get lag no matter what, I have had several bluetooth headphones, the Bose QC35s are probably the best when it comes to lag, but nothing is going to be lag free even if it's bt 5.0 compatible.
Hello everyone. Today I
Hello everyone. Today I picked up the Sony WI-XB400 headphones. At first I thought they were wired but they are Bluetooth and have very minimal lag. I was quite shocked. And they are only $50. They have a wire holding the buds together and they use a USB C charging cable. And they sound awesome. I'll keep you posted with how they hold up.
