An accessible app that can help me learn ukulele

I have a uke and would like to learn this instrument.
I need descriptions of chords, but cannot read chord diagrams, seeing that I am completely blind.
I am really into learning this instrument, but I have yet to find an app that actually lets me learn.
So I cannot use diagrams, wich means that I will need descriptions, rather than tabs. I am looking for playing chords.

Hi,
I know you were asking for an app, but have you considered the Library of Congress? I know if you live in the United States that is an option. They got a good amount of music learning material. I've been checking out things to improve on my guitar skills. As far as accessible apps go for learning any musical instruments. You may be lucky and find a tuner app, but that's about it.
For your convenience. the library of Congress phone number is
1-800-424-8567
Hope that this helps.
Chuck

You can find on NLSBARD in the music section Ukulele Instructions by Bill Brown. I have used some of his material and they are easy to follow. It is hard to find any chord charts for Ukulele.

You can still access Bill Brown's instructional material if you are not a member of NLS. His material isn't free directly from his web site, but you can check out what he has to offer by visiting https://www.musicvi.com

Bill Brown, Music for the Blind has a lot of learning by ear and his material is available through BARD if you are in the United States. Whatever is available from BARD by Bill Brown can also be gought from his website by the same name.
