Hi all. Forgive me but this will be a bit lengthy in order to explain why I'm writing this. If this would be better discussed off this site, I'm more then happy to do that. Here's my problem and my attempts to resolve it. I have a Bank of America world points credit card. The idea being that you can earn points faster if you shop using their links to go to the store, and get what you need through them. My issue is that once I click on a link, say drugstore.com for instance, There used to be a link that said shop now, then you clicked on it, and you did what you wanted. Now ever, the mac will continually tell me retail.htm, with absolutely any store in their diverse category. I suspect this may have something to do with unlabeled links, but though I don't know what i'm talking about, this experence was duplicated no matter on Windows, or Macintosh computers. So, now the question becomes how to contact the bnk withthis, because it's hard for them to understand what I mean. If you would like to discuss this off the site, please email me at: siobhan-m@comcast.net please put something about Bank of america accessibility. If you would rather skype, I am available. Contact me off the site and we'll go from there. I hope this made some sense, and i thank you for reading.

Hello all. I forgot to mention, which is why I wrote the whole thing. The links that i said were labeled retailer.htm where I believe the anme of the store, say Amazon or something when clicked, the links do absolutely nothing. I have just now tried them in case I needed to delete the post and this site is still acting like this. If need be I am more then happy to provide a screen shot. Thanks for reading all.
If you use system access you can auto label the unlabeled buttons on a bank of america website and probably because they never did customer service support with visually impaired students enough to know how to make their website accessible.
