Bank of America website issues.

Hi all. Forgive me but this will be a bit lengthy in order to explain why I'm writing this. If this would be better discussed off this site, I'm more then happy to do that. Here's my problem and my attempts to resolve it. I have a Bank of America world points credit card. The idea being that you can earn points faster if you shop using their links to go to the store, and get what you need through them. My issue is that once I click on a link, say drugstore.com for instance, There used to be a link that said shop now, then you clicked on it, and you did what you wanted. Now ever, the mac will continually tell me retail.htm, with absolutely any store in their diverse category. I suspect this may have something to do with unlabeled links, but though I don't know what i'm talking about, this experence was duplicated no matter on Windows, or Macintosh computers. So, now the question becomes how to contact the bnk withthis, because it's hard for them to understand what I mean.
