Facing some problems with iPhone 11 Pro Max

Hi all hope you all are doing well, I am facing some major problems with my iPhone 11 Pro Max since I bought it, it’s only me or you all are facing the same problem
1 when I talk on call specially on WhatsApp the other person voice crackle slightly it happened on Wi-Fi and LTE both
2 when I swipe up to go to home or to go to app switcher sometimes the phone vibrate sometime not and after for five seconds and I am in a different app the phone starts vibrating by itself it’s like it’s registering those swipe up gestures
3 when I do dictation the dictation starts first and vibration happen after for five seconds same thing happened when I end the dictation as well
4 sometimes when I unlock my phone with Face ID the phone don’t vibrate,
I checked every settings and all settings are good
Anyone facing similar problems? Do you think my phone has a hardware issue? Thanks and regards
