Hi everyone. I think this is the right category. I'm considering an Apple watch probably some time next year. Here's my problem. Right now I have AT&T as a wireless provider. If i bought the apple watch, of course it would be connected to their towers. However since I am thinking of moving over to spectrum Mobile, who use I think Verizon's towers, I'd have to sell my watch wouldn't I? I just am looking for info before I spend a lot of money only to have to sell it and not get back what should be a decent proffit. Thanks for any help.

Hi, My understanding is there is just one cellular model, so the LTE support supports all the major carriers. Note that the watch has to be on the same carrier as your iPhone. But you should be able to switch from AT&T to Verizon, and switch the watch over without getting a different watch. I'd be inclined to switch carriers first just to save the hassle but that's just e.
Note that the carriers charge additional for the watch, $10+ from what I've read. Debatable if it is worth it but mostly personal choice.
(Disclaimer, I don't have a cellular model. All of the above is just from things I've read.)
