If you don't find an app you can use robobraille.
www.robraille.org
You send the file to one of their email addresses and it comes back as an mp3.

Use the say command. What i do is convert the pdf into text using a service I found and installed a while ago on my mac, then use the say command to turn the file into an aif file which when will b turned into an mp3 once I convert it.

Hi, I use an App called Narrator from Mariner Software. I find it very accessible, but you need to read the help article to do all the steps right for receiving anMP3 file. I hope that helps.

Wasn't there once an app called "book tospeech" It worked, a bit clunky, but it worked.
