I have an interesting Apple Watch Issue

watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

Hi all. I have an apple watch series four. I am using an iPhone eight, although i don't believe the phone is the problem in this case. On my watch, I am using the modular face. Whenever I turn the watch off, then on again, I notice that the bottom middle compbbication does not say anything. It seems to clear up over time, but it is a little strange that it won't say anything when I move VO focus to the complication. It does not make it unusable, because I know what the app is. Stranger still, it seems to happen no matter what complication I choose, it does the same thing. Any thoughts on if this issue can be fixed? O yes, I am using the very latest version of Watch OS. Thanks.

I just noticed that on one of my faces. It worked yesterday but today the complication didn't say a thing. And I did not restart my watch. I have not even done that since the last os update 2 weeks ago. This just suddenly with out reason happened.

For me, if I reset my Series 3, the text message app on my watch face is silent until I get a message. Then, it works fine, reporting either no, or some number of texts, until the next reboot. Sounds similar, but not in the same location.

Sometime I can not get the message open. I have to go to message and open it there. That includes weather gods. I do not think it is the apps but watch issues. Series 5.

For me, it is the weather and weather gods apps. I have a series 2 watch. I don't think the apps are the problem here. For some reason the complication being spoken incorectly. Weather reports the last bit of information it should. Weather Gods does the same thing. It wasn't until I read this thread that I figured that out. I hope the next version fixes the problem. I like those two complications.

The odd thing is, why now, why not when this update was released a few weeks ago? This is very strange. And don't worry about giving me the bug. I'm used to catching everything anyway. Lol!

Be careful you might get a bug. Interesting your safe in the worse hotel in New York from getting a bug than iOS unlucky 13.

Well, all kidding aside, hope they solve this one. Interesting tha tit broke now yesterday, right about the time this post was born.

I have a friend who says he has never had this problem, and he is using the latest watch OS on a series 4 as well. Guess it only affects certain people. Ah well, I can deal. *grin* Thanks all for the comments.

Yeah it only effects so far my pride face and the just press record complication. It's fine though. At least my watch is not crashing etc.
