Tried it for several minutes. It is nice but is not worth the headache. Does not work if backgrown noice is going on. However it has posibility for the future. Need to work more on it.
I tried, then ditched it. While it has great potential for sure. Background noise and Siri interfere. It’s also too much of a battery drain for me. The cons outweigh the pros.
I just started using it and like it. The only command I can't get to work so far is to use the 'show numbers' option and then try to open an app by number. that doesn't seem to be working for me.
I found it useful instantly opening apps negating the need to navigate and double click. Unfortunatley, VC drains the battery and so I won't be issuing any more commands.
I've used it and like it, since I use most of my devices with headphones the noise thing isn't a major problem.
On the other hand, what I wanted to do was use it with AirPods to control my iPad while I was doing other things, and that doesn't seem to work. You seem to have to use the onboard mic which kind of makes it less useful for me.
i like it but am having trouble dictating single letters. I test apps for accessibility and one of them requires that I test account registration. I haven't been able to get Voice Control to type letter by letter. I have auto-correct and word prediction turned off but even when I speak part of an e-mail address, the phone inserts a space after the period. Is there a way to type letter by letter so the phone doesn't try guessing what words it thinks I should type. I would like to be able to speak an e-mail address like nv20@example.com. When the phone sees 'nv' it thinks I am typing Nevada and then inserts a space after I speak 'nv.' I checked the documentation for voice control but couldn't find much information.
As I've said elsewhere, when using voice control without headphones, I have had actions happen on my Iphone as a result of something which Voiceover said. For example, I have had the news folder open when Voiceover reads the word news in some other context. I'm not sure that Apple considered the fact that some of us might like to use both. Not sure there is an entirely foolproff s solution to this problem. Perhaps we need a feature where when using headphones with microphones, either the mike on the headset, or phone stays active. I know that, for about six months of the year where I live in Winnipeg, our temperatures are cold enough to require gloves and for most of that period, cold enough so that electronic devices not somewhat protected may suffer battery or other damage.
I often have a problem with Voice control carrying out actions which it hears voiceover say. If I use text dictation, it's even worse, because then my dictation happens twice. SO I literally have the message I'm writing two times, but all jumbled together. Not yet worth it, but definetly has potential.

Tried it
Tried it, but don't see me using it any time soon. I prefer using my fingers. Not saying that it's not a good thing, just not for me.

Voice Control Often Controled by Voiceover

Same issue as Doug

i tried it, but the battery drains too quickly
Voice Control and Text Dictation
I found that using Voice Control without text dictation worked.
