Dear all,
I have an iphone and a victor reader stream. I am looking for a preferable wirless but at least lightning capable sd card reader so that I can put stuff from my iphone to my sd card which I use for my victor stream new generation.
Any Ideas?

With kind regards, Mslion

I am also looking for an SD card reader for my iPhone. I want it because that is the only way an iPhone and an old Braille Note can share anything. I had an SD card reader for my phone but the app required to use it was pretty close to totally inaccessible so I gave it to a sighted person who could use it. I'll let you know if I find anything. Supposedly some now work with the Files app, but I won't trust any particular model until someone tests it. There are also a lot of SD card readers for iOS that will only handle pictures and videos, which is not useful at all.

I just bought a reasonably priced lightning to USB adaptor from Amazon. The same kind of thing would cost $30 to $40 from Apple. The one i got cost about $13 and works great with iOS 13. It's light because it's just a little cable with a lightning plug on one end and the usual female USB plug that computers have on the other end. I just plug one of those tiny cheap micro SD to USB adaptors in to the USB port and plug the adaptor into my phone or iPad. Now I can transfer books and other stuff I download on my iPhone to my Braille Note. No additional app is required since you can manage moving files with the built-in files app of iOS 13.

Here's a link to what I bought.

I am going to purchis one because it not only will read mp3 files, but it is also a USB hub. You can connect a regular USB, micro USB, and USBC style devices to this reader. It has a lightning connector for the iPhone.

If you use the SD card style that has the micro SD card with the regular SD card adapter, then this item will work for you. All you do is remove the micro SD card from the adapter and place it into the USB slot on the reader. That port is a two for one port.

Following is the description from Amazon.com:

1. All-IN-One TF Card Reader with Lightning/USB/Micro-USB/Type-C Connector for iPhone/iPad/Android Type-C phones/Mac/PC - White
2. Memory Card Reader, Apple lightning cable, 4in1 lightning USB cord cable adapter for iPhone 5 / 6 iPad mini air pro with external storage micro SD card

Compatible with these formats:
mov .mpg .swf .vob .wmv .rmvb .avi .mp4 .mkv .flv .gif .rm
mp3 .wav .m4a
jpg .gif .tif .png .bmp
txt .doc .ppt .xls .pdf support

Hope this helps.
