All the mini games in bitlife aren’t accessible. I’ve played lots of military characters before. If you refuse to go on a mission, you get dishonorably discharged. So its either you go and risk dying or lose your job. You can still play but chances are, you might set off a mine and die. Or might survive but your looks and health will go down. And you might get PTSD along the way. Of course, you can fix your looks and health by getting plastic surgery and massages. Another thing, if you die while on a mission, you’ll get the hero ribbon, just saying. But its totally up to you if you want to try your hand at it. I always do them, even if I know i might die.

lol good to know. I hit refuse to go but they deployed me anyway. I set off a mine and died
If you're into cheating
You can just close the app when they ask to deploy you, then open the app again.
