Wow, I just looked through the entire emoji on my Mac and found absolutely nothing. Time for a Google search.

All:

I'm not sure I located all of the new ones, but I did find the following disability related emojis. .
Under Smilies and People:
ear with hearing aid: 186
Deaf woman, person and man gesturing to their ears: 337 through 339
Woman, person and man in manual wheelchair: 369 through 371
Woman, person and man in motorized wheelchair: 372 through 374
Woman, person and man with a probing cane: 378 through 380
Under animals and nature:
Guide dog: 554
Service dog: 555

I'm not sure how I feel about the term probing cane. I can only assume this is a white cane. ?
Anyone have thoughts on this?

Jim,
While not common, probing cane has been used as another term for white cane. I’m not sure if it’s such a big problem. However, you could offer Apple feedback to rename.
There’s sometimes an easier way to search for emojis. If you type wheelchair, the wheelchair emojis will appear in predictions at the furthest right.
Type deaf woman or blind man will result in the same. Instead of an exhausting search for specific emoji.

Didn't Unicode or however you spell that, just release these not that long ago? As for searching for emoji, wish the Mac was easier. The search window is a pain. Oh and if it were me, I'd offer a picker for each page so it would be easier then trying to flick to the next page.

I think, and I could be wrong about this, that these are what the unicode people, who create the emojis, call them when they're created, not what Apple calls them. Apple's just exposing the names so we know what they are without images.

I recommend installing the G Board app by Google. This app will allow you to search for the emojis you want. After installing, go to the keyboard area within the settings app and enable full disk access. Now, when you type, the G board option will be on the bottom left. Toggle this. The search option for emojis is above the letters or numbers. You can also swipe to the emoji search.
