So I redownloaded youmail app to my phone after not using it for several years. I was able to reactivate my account but I forgot how to use it. I don't remember what to do. Can anyone assist? Thanks.

Let it forward your voicemails to youmail, then just tap the voicemails you want to hear. I believe under settings you can have them auto play. You can from there block the numbers etc. I have some different greetings play for my contacts etc. The app is very streamliine to use and very easy espeically due to the tabbed interface at the bottom.

It’s not working for me. I am using Visible wireless and somehow I can’t activate it.
I only able to call the first number Successfully but the last to it give me errors

Hello! Thank you for your interest in YouMail. Unfortunately, Visible Wireless does not offer their users a feature called Conditional Call Forwarding, which we need to work. Essentially, this feature sends the calls that would normally go to your carrier's voicemail to us instead and lets us block calls for you and handle your voicemail. Most carriers offer this feature to their customers for free, but unfortunately, some carriers don't give their customers this feature (probably to cut costs).

This frustrates us too as we'd love to have you! We recommend calling Visible and letting them know that this is a feature you'd like to see added.

If you're interested, there are other low cost carriers that support YouMail like Ting, Mint Mobile, Red Pocket, T-Mobile prepaid. We actually just partnered up with Ting and are currently offering free $50 to Ting; you can learn more here: https://blog.youmail.com/2019/06/stuck-with-your-bard-carrier-step-up/.

Hope this helps!
