Two Annoying Problems in Latest iPadOS and iOS

Hello
I am running the latest iPadOS on the iPad Pro.
1. In the Files app, whenever I rename a file in for my files and folders on iCloud, VO does not read typed text, it only makes sound made when there is no content on the screen.
2. Whenever I activate Control Center either with touch gestures or keyboard, many screen commands stop working. For example I can not type text, I can not activate a button etc. I have to lock and unlock my device for the commands to work again.
3. VO randomly stops when switching between apps.
Can anyone confirm these?
I use Apple devices since 2012, and have never thought that a day will ever come and I have to deal with bugs like these.
