I don't know, it was mentioned, but I think to remember, that the Applevis-team added the following bug also under the issues on IOS 13.
Since I updated my Iphone X to IOS 13.1, editing or cutting videos on the photos app gets totally unaccessible for me as a Voiceover-user.
I'm very dependend on this function for example to post little clips on my WhatsApp status. As you knows, unfortunatly WhatsApp only allows 30 second videos. To cut and edit the original video in many little clips was before IOS 13 very easy and acurat accessible with Voiceover. Cut the beginning or the end, click on done and safe the new clip.
But since IOS 13, many buttons got strange labels and the process which I describ ed, is no more possible, because Apple changed the whole concept.
So my question is, are there existing also some good accessible video editing apps on the App-Store? Or do you heard something, that Apple will fix that problem soon?

for mi it's problem also.
IN new version of iOS I can't edit movies.
VO reads the labels for a buttons, on the rotor are options for it set start and finish a position of video, but it doesn't.t work.
Apple in this version of the system has done lot of harm for accessibility.
