Problem pairing Focus 14 blue with ios devices

Hi. I have a Focus 14 blue display from Freedom here and I want to pair it with my iPhone 5. The problem is that it don't show up in braille settings under voice over there it should be. I tried different devices such as a iphone 4 and also ipad 2 with same result. No display showing. Turning on my old pronto 18 and turn it to a braille display and it works perfect and show up on the devices as a bluetooth device. Last thing I did was trying searching for the focus display on my mac with bluetooth and there it was and I did a connect with it and it works. So, what can be the problem here and anyone know how to fix it. The ios devices running ios 6 and ios 6.1 so the focus should be supported regarding to mail from apple accessibility. They didn't know what the problem is. I also sent freedom a support question. So if anyone know hot to fix this I'm going to be very happy. Regards Tony
