Anyone know of an app for instant push alert when at a certain location?

Hi,
does anyone know a simple iOS or watch app which provides push notifications when in a certain location?
Example: I'm on a bus where the announcement for the next stop isn't always clearly spoken. I'd like to use an app to notify me when my station is within a certain distance.
I know that there are many GPS apps out there but I'm looking for one which I don't have to set up every time and which works also in the background.

Alarmed has a feature called Location Reminders, which sends you a notification when it senses you're in a specific location. it's for reminders but you sure can use it as a location rememberer. Just make sure your ringer is set to off so you hear it, and also be sure to know the address of the station.
