VoiceOver shows wrong gestures in the commands section on iOS 13

Hi everyone. I have encountered the following issue on my iPhone on iOS 13:
Go to settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver > Commands > All commands > VoiceOver > Label Item. The default gesture is "two finger single tap and hold". But if I do so, nothing happens. To change the label item, you have to double-tap with two finger ans hold to execute the command "label item".
Although, the problem is that some gestures were shown wrongly to the customers. That's a really serious issue I think. Can anyone confirm that behaviour?
Furthermore, the default keyboard command is set to Shift + hyphen and that's completely wrong because this command (Notice that you have to execute the coomands with VoiceOver-Key together) will play/stop audio or answer an incoming call.

A tap encompasses the down and up. The “and hold” means after that first down and up you’ll have to hold to activate the gesture.

Sorry but I don't understand what you mean... Can you explain that in more detail?

Actually it is kind of a 2 finger tap and hold. So to me it is not a bug, I dunno about the keyboard ejsture as I don't use the keyboard to label stuff.

Think of the label jesture as half a magic tap.

The phrase “tap and hold” is apparently understood in the mainstream community as meaning to first perform a tap, meaning press and release your finger quickly, and then follow that up with a hold, meaning press your finger down again and keep it there. So, you’re touching the screen twice, once quickly and once slowly, which is precisely how you do the gesture for labeling an element.

In most VoiceOver-specific literature I’ve seen, however, the same gesture is described as a double-tap and hold, meaning tapping the screen twice and holding down your fingers on the second tap. This seems to be a difference in semantics between the mainstream and blind communities, at least in the places where I’ve seen the gesture described.

So, depending on who you ask, the phrase “double-tap and hold” can mean two different things. Ask a VoiceOver user, and he will most likely think you’re touching the screen twice, but a mainstream user is more likely to think you’re touching the screen three times (first doing two distinct tap gestures and then following them up with a long press). I’m not sure how Apple can word the gesture to avoid any confusion.

As for the keyboard shortcut, labeling an element has always been VO-Slash, so if the menu does not reflect this, then it is definitely a bug. I don’t have iOS 13 currently, so I can’t comment on how the command menu is currently being displayed.

I've always though thought of the tap and hold with voiceover correct now. When coming back to iOs it's not a double tap and hold it's a single tap, lift tap and hold the finger or two fingers down. I think we need to change semantics to conform to the sighted community in my humble opinion.

I've not ben through the keyboard command section as of yet, not even as a beta tester as I dont' really use bt keyboards except to type and edit. So sorry.

No this is a bug and needs to be changed. The gesture is wrong. It's supposed to be a two finger double tap and hold, but it's displayed as being a “Two finger single tap and hold" which is in accurate. I don't buy the argument that we should be using the same conventions as the sighted population, it doesn't make sense to me at all. The wording needs to be changed, and Apple should be made aware of this issue. The gesture is also dimmed which is weird as well, and should be corrected.
