By Cathy, 17 February, 2013 Forum iOS and iPadOS I just upgraded my husband's iPhone 4S to IOS 6.1.1. When I was done the Phone Icon says it is the Compass. That's strange Hi I have upgraded my phone and it doesn't do that here's what you should try Try rebooting the phone first and then see what happens. If nothing else relabel I don't know if this would work but if nothing else works you could try relabeling the icon.
