Possibility of removing screen dimmed message?

On my IOS 6.11 Iphone 5, Is there any way of removing the Voiceover message 'screen dimmed', which is the needless extra interruption to any podcast playback/music listening experience? Unless you turn VO off before any listening, I accept you get the 'screen locked' message, but the screen dimmed message does seem pointless to VI users, especially as the message is still given even when the curtain is closed. I've tried turning the brightness down to zero as well, and the dimming message is still given, so it functionally seems needless as well since it can't truly be dimming the screen if it is already with 0 brightness, and for me with the curtain closed too. Just asking in case anyone can help. Hoping not to get a 'jail break' option as an answer though. Many thanks!

Hi, You could set your auto lock time to never, or longer than what it is now. Find this in settings>general. Hope this helps, Kieran.

Also, you could just manually lock the screen straight away.

That was an awesome idea! If you had a jailbroken device you can do this. I've never thought about this. Thanks for the idea! and unfortunately, There is no other way to do this besides the previous comments. Musicruz

Or you could just mute Voiceover with the three finger double tap.
