How are we suppose to send a sysdiagnose when our emails are so heavily restricted? I'm currently having a problem with 2 hosted games that won't load/start. The developers can't seem to replicate the bug either, so i thought i'd run and send a sysdiagnose. Unfortunately, an email may not exceed 27 MB. The file I'm trying to send exceeds 100.

Send it via dropbox, give them a link. Problem solved. I actually do this all the time and devs appreciate it.

Hi.
Have you tried sending screen recordings?
open control center & go to the screen recording button, double tap it & it will record your screen & save it to your camera roll. I beta test weather gods, and have done this with Scott & he has loved it as it's helped him figure out bugs. Or at least given him leads on where to find the bugs at least. Also, try sending crash logs. If you go to settings general diagnostics, you should see a whole slew of files for all your apps.
maybe ask the dev what files to look for if you can't find them. I'd also send screenshots I have also done this with Icott & it has helped. I'd send more than 1 if you can, I usually send 2 or 3 of the same thing just in case 1 didn't turn out.
I haven't had 2 send crash logs yet, but I have volunteered to do so. I haven't run into an issue yet with email restrictions, but it may be your email service. If Gmail has any restrictions in terms of this, I haven't breached them.
I'd also suggest using another account with a different provider, as sometime the provider may put a restriction on how big a attachment you can email, as you have seen. They do this because they don't want big files clogging up every one's inboxes & causing a traffic jam of sorts only this time it's with email.
Hope this helps. I wish you luck with your support request also!

The sis diag files are over 200mb in length. No email provider will accept that. And I don't use mail drop. The screen recordings are good but voiceover comes out the ear piece, not good not at all.
