Quick Nav is a feature that changes the behavior of the arrow keys to allow for more robust navigation with fewer keystrokes. It can be toggled by pressing the left and right arrow keys together.
With Quick Nav on, you can move left and right by pressing the arrow keys without needing to hold down the VO modifier. Also, you can navigate the rotor by pressing the up arrow with either the left or right arrow, and brows the available items with the up and down arrow keys. Press the up and down arrow keys together to activate items, the equivalent of a double tap or VO Space bar.
