I purchased Voice Dream Reader on my iPhone 8 plus and chose the voice "Lisa" because it was free. I ended up deleting the app and Apple gave me a refund. Now, I have an iPhone XR, and I purchased VDR again and for some reason, the voice "Lisa" is still the default free voice and I cannot change that. I already deleted the backups of my previous device (iPhone 8 plus), uninstalled the app, turned off my phone for 5 mins, turned it back on, re-installed the VDR app to no avail.
Does anyone know how I can remove Lisa and be able to choose a different free voice since I re-purchased it?
NOTE: I used the same Apple ID for both purchases. Any response would be appreciated

Try this
Once you are in the list of files, click on any file. At the top left, you will hear "library." As you swipe right, you will hear audio settings. Double tap there, and swipe right till you hear Lisa. Double tap again, and you will be presented with alternative choices. Choose any of them, and you are good to go.

Hi, Justin. Sorry my original post was not clear. I know how to switch between voices in the app. That is not the problem. The problem is the VDR servers have kept original information from my first purchase of VDR instead of deleting the info associated with my Apple ID after I received my refund.
So my current purchase of VDR did not give me the choice of choosing one free premium voice like it should have if my previous choices have been deleted from the VDR servers. Thanks
Probably has to do with your AppleID
Even though you deleted the app, that doesn't mean that you never purchased the app. Even a refund wouldn't change that. Voice Dream probably still has your Apple ID on file and is showing you already purchased the app with that free voice. I imagine to get a new one, you'd need to contact the developer and explain your situation and they may choose to allow you a new voice.
