For those who are not familiar with me, I am the guy who made Audio ARchery. For about 14 years I have been developing audio games for Windows. I'm proud to say I've finally been able to bridge the divide.
Fourteen years ago, a crazy audio game with a kid running around in Santa's factory to steal toys for himself was released. It has become one of the most classic and iconic audio games people think about during the holidays. After a much-anticipated wait, version 2.0 is here.
Play as Naughty Mcnaughterson as you dash through Santa's workshop picking up toy after toy. But, it's not that easy. Use sounds to guide you as you collect toys while dodging security elves, and after enough time has elapsed, you'll have to deal with Santa himself.
Version 2.0 boasts all new features. Post your scores to our all-new regional leaderboards. Do you live in Australia? Take on all your pals from down under. Live in the EU? No problem, you and all your European pals can compete together. There is plenty of regional fun for all.
If you played old versions of the game, you will remember that having to escape from Santa was as simple as running to the same exit repeatedly. Not anymore. Now you'll need to use strategy, nerves of steel, and a bit of luck to escape. did we mention he's much scarier too? He might even have a surprise or two up his sleeves. He has sleeves, right?
If you like all sorts of numbers and statistical stuff, then version 2.0 has you covered. Track statistics such as wins, losses, steps taken and much more. You can even export your stats to a txt file that you can email to your friends or post on Facebook or even your favorite forums.
For the true collector, The Great Toy Robbery contains 100 achievements. Some are simple to unlock, and others will make you think. Even others might be based on pure chance. Think you can get all 100?
And if that's not enough for you, Ive got one, more, thing. The Great Toy Robbery is the first LWorks title that you can install straight to your mac. No more bootcamp or virtualizing, just grab and go. That's right. This is the first LWorks title that is truly cross-platform. Now more gamers than ever can enjoy this fun and challenging game.
And in case it wasn't mentioned yet? The game is 100 percent free!
If you are going to play on MacOS, please be advised that at least MacOS 10.13 is required.
Download the game here.

Awesome!!!!!
It `is great to know that you are still developing awesome audio games. The first one I ever played that you created was Judgment Day, and every game you have done since then has been equally as innovative.
A very Merry Christmas to you.
PS: How is Mr. McBlinderson's career coming along?

Hi Emily,
Hi Emily,

Installation
OK thank you,
Would you be able to give me steps on the how to download it?
hey There Emily
Let me apologize for taking so long to reply.
The website is not currently using SSL. In simple terms this means that it's not giving you a secure page. however, this is something I do need to fix, and it would take a few minutes. You should still be able to download the game.
On the Toy Robbery page. Click the download for MacOS link and safari will download the disk image for you. You can then navigate to downloads in your finder and press command o on the great toy robbery file to open it. People normally choose to coppy the .app file inside that folder to their applications folder.
I apologize for the scatter brained instructions. I'm not in front of a mac currently. if you need further help fee free to contact me and I can walk you through the process.
Thank you
It’s okay thank you so much

What to do
Hi there. From your downloads folder, open "the great toy robbery" disk image. Next, hit tab until you reach "The Great Toy Robbery 2.0" application. Hit command plus C to copy it to the clipboard. Next, hit Command plus Shift plus A to go back to your applications. Next, hit Command plus V to paste. Good luck.
a question about the game.
Hello everyone. what do I do about the evil santa?
Santa
You need to find at least one key. The key's sound like Christmas music, so listen for those. There are seven key's in all... Each key open's a door that you could exit, and the game ends there. However, if you get all seven key's Santa get's really angry and you will have about ten seconds to exit through one of the seven doors you unlocked. If you fail, Santa's evil slay will blow up the entire workshop, along with you in it. If you do succeed in exiting through one of the doors, Santa's slay will blow up the workshop, but you will be safe since you exited through one of the seven doors.
Also, one more thing. While trying to collect keys, you also have to avoid Santa. If he get's to close to you, he will step on you and the game will be over.
Hope that makes sense. If you have any questions let me know.
