Apple has today released macOS Ventura 13.1, watchOS 9.2, tvOS 16.2, and HomePod software version 16.2 to the public.
The macOS Ventura 13.1 release notes say that it “introduces Freeform, a new app that offers a great place to brainstorm and bring your ideas to life. This release also includes Advanced Data Protection for iCloud and other features and bug fixes for your Mac.”

Based on our experience, it appears that the following accessibility-related bugs have been resolved or significantly addressed in macOS Ventura 13.3:

Given Apple's current focus on its forthcoming major platform updates set for release in the fall, it comes as no surprise that today's updates do not introduce any notable new features or enhancements, instead being performance and stability releases.

With major updates due this fall for each of these platforms, it is extremely likely that the focus of today's releases is on bug fixes and under-the-hood performance improvements to address issues discovered since the previous releases; and that there are no significant user-facing changes.

With the tvOS update, Apple Music has been totally redesigned. A new Remote app lets you control your Apple TV with your iPhone. You’ll even be able to adjust the house lights and thermostat straight from your TV.
Apple has today released tvOS 11.2 to the public.
We were unable to test tvOS 11.2 prior to today's release; therefore, it is unclear at the time of posting whether blind and low vision users can expect any major changes with this update. Apple has today released tvOS 11 for the fourth-generation Apple TV. It is perhaps unsurprising that the platform which received the least attention during Apple's WWDC keynote earlier this year, is also the one which sees the fewest new features and significant changes in today's round of OS releases. However, the good news is that there are some notable enhancements for blind and low vision users.

Apple has today released TVOS 13.4.5 for Apple TV 4K and Apple TV (4th generation).
Outside of the major upgrade each year, tvOS updates are typically minor in scale with a focus on under-the-hood fixes and performance improvements. As Apple does not provide release notes for tvOS updates, we will have to wait and see if tvOS 13.4.5 does include user facing changes. We will update this post if anything of note is discovered.
