Review
You can get this from the harbolt company. If you can get this at other places please feel free to let me know.
I haven’t had much experience with this yet but it’s not as bulky as the silicone one with the small card pocket. I'll provide my experience so far and what I know about it.
It comes with an adhesive patch and a lanyard. The adhesive patch is rectangular shape. Attached to the top of the patch is a plastic ring. This is where you attach the included lanyard. It just clips in the hole using the spring clip on the lanyard. I like these type of lanyards better than the ones you have to thread through the hole like the one that comes with the hable1 keybord. There are 2 ways to stick on the adhesive patch. You can put it on with the ring facing towards the top of the phone and that will allow you to use your phone in portrit mode. You can also apply the ring in landscape mode as well. You can stick the patch to the back of your phone or case. The adhesive patch sticks very well to the back of my odderbox case. Time will tell how long it lasts before I have to replace the patch. I purchased this during the haloween sale where it came with the extra patches. Even with the weight of the phone dangling off my neck and adjusting it it did not budge loose. When I’m not using it I just detach the lanyard from the patch and store it where I can find it. They do recommend buying an inexpensive case when using this device however if you have an odderbox case like me you know what a pain it is to remove one of these cases. They also throw in alcohol wipes to clean the back of your case or phone before sticking the patch on. These wipes remind me of the wipes medical staff use to sanatize with. Once your all set you can wear the lanyard either crossbody or around your neck. I wear mine around my neck. The strings are pretty thick. You can adjust your phone where you want it on your body by just pulling the strings. I was able to pull mine as far as up to around my neck. I found that this lanyard unlike the silicone one did not slide when adjusting the strings. I found the silicone lanyard strings to slide alot. Over all this is a better device than some of the other lanyards I've used. I have included the description below.
Universal adjustable neck and cross body nylon phone lanyard with various ways to connect to your phone.
For years we have successfully sold the silicone phone lanyard for people who use Aira or other types of hands-free services. It is time to offer a new style of phone lanyard, and a much better option. This one is made from a soft nylon cord and can be used to carry your phone around the neck, on your chest, or easily extended to carry your phone across your body. It can be easily adjusted to any height just by pulling the ends of the cord. Attach to the back of your phone or phone case with the included low profile super thin adhesive patch with ring. The patch adds no extra bulk or thickness to your phone and you can still charge your phone wirelessly, or attach other magnetic MagSafe accessories. Don't want to stick the patch to your phone or your favorite phone case? Simply by an inexpensive phone case to stick it to and then when you plan on going out, swap cases and put your phone in the one with the adhesive patch with ring. When you are back home, swap back and you are good to go. Don't need it for Aira and just want a way to carry your phone hands free? Put the patch between your case and the back of your phone with the patch ring coming out of the bottom charging port hole and hang your phone upside down on your chest or across your body.
Using an iPhone 12, 13, 14, or 15? Use the optional MagSafe attachment to hang the lanyard from the fold out ring and easily pop it off and put it away when you get back home. The MagSafe ring attachment magnetically attaches to the back of your phone or phone case and adds very little bulk to your device.
MagSafe magnetic attachment provides a fold out ring in which you can attach the lanyard. The magnetic attachment can be turned 360 degrees for portrait or landscape mode for Aira or Be My Eyes. Adjust the magnetic ring stand any angle to provide hands free viewing no matter what situation. Small enough to fit in a pocket and adds very little bulk to the back of your device.
Unfortuantley, we cannot test every phone and every phone case. Some cases might have weaker MagSafe connections than others. If this attachment does not magnetically attach to your phone case strong enough, you might need to use the included adhesive magnetic ring.
Using a blind shell, Android, Samsung, iPhone 8, SE, SE2020, or SE 2022?
Don't have a magnetic connection on the back of your phone? No problem! use the included adhesive magnetic ring to apply to any case or phone and instantly add magnetic connection to any device.
The included magnetic adhesive ring will convert any device to be compatible with all MagSafe accessories, including the magnetic attachment for this lanyard.
This option should work for most phones. If you have any issues with this working on your phone, please contact us to discuss options.
Features:
Thin and small Adhesive patch allows you to use MagSafe accessories or wireless charging soft nylon cords are lightweight and soft around your neck or body Can be used as a neck lanyard or via crossbody.
Easily adjusts to any height on your chest or body Easy to store and put in a pocket or purse when not in use Easy detach spring clip allows you to remove your phone effortlessly adhesive Patch with clip ring easily sticks to your phone or case or comes out the bottom of the charging port hole if you don't want to stick it to your device and case Works with all phones no matter where the camera is located.
Not just for MagSafe devices. Optional magnetic attachment allows for easily connecting the lanyard magnetically to the back of your device. Use the included adhesive magnetic ring to convert any device to be MagSafe compatible.
Magnetic attachment also converts to a phone stand for a table or flat surface to prop your phone up in portrait or landscape mode.
Magnetic attachment also has a ring that folds out that can be used as a phone grip to prevent hand fatigue. Great help for those with large phones and smaller hands.
Condition: New in bulk packaging
Please listen to our audio description so we can better describe what this looks like and how it works.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to test out every phone that is on the market, but this should work with most phones even the Blind Shell phones. The adhesive patch or magnet can be applied to the back of any device as long as it is a flat surface. If you have any issues with this working on your phone, please contact us to discuss options. Adhesive patch confirmed to stick great on leather, slick plastic, glass, but not silicone.

A suggestion for this lanyard
I ordered some extra adhesive pads for this, and I have one pad threaded into my Otterbox case with the ring sticking out of the lightning port hole, but I also have a pad sticking just below the round holw on the case, with camera side facing up in case I want to use it for GPS purposes, or if I'm using something like Aira explore or anything using the front or back facing camera. I'm glad I bought this particular lanyard rather than the more expensive and more bulky MySlinger.
My Experience was not favolable
I bought this earlier in October and did not have a good experience with xt. I wrote a detailed act that can be found at the link below

Thanks for sharing your experience, only time will tell.
I also received the cable with the little magnetic peaces, anyone know what that's for? Was it just a free gift or something?
I don't mind the adhesive as it's attached to my case and not the phone itself. Time will tell on how long it lasts. If it doesn't last then I will just go back to using the bulky silicone lanyard that just has the stretch bands as I don't know anything out there that would be less bulky besides what I'm trying now. I know people use the slinger but I hear it's not that good.
I did purchase the sleep band bluetooth headphones that he sells but got them from a different place as it was cheaper. I reviewed those on here a while back and I do enjoy those.
Setting the record straight with truths from Harbolt Company
I don't normally do this, but I feel like I need to jump in here and comment on some of the things that Mr. Reed is saying. First of all, The Harbolt Company has been in business for almost 10 years and we haven't and could not be in business that long if we provided horrible customer service! That is why we have thousands of satisfied customers because we bend over backwards to have great customer service. Mr. Reed ordered this lanyard from us on October 17 and on October 21 he reached out to us to ask for a refund. I responded very quickly and asked him to please give me a call so we could talk about what the problem was. He initially did not want to talk to me over the phone And I went ahead and agreed on the return and sent him the return address. A day later he did end up calling me and we spoke about the problems he was having. I explained to him that we are unable to test out the thousands of cases that are out there for phones and that we have sold about 50 of these and he is the only one that has had any kind of an issue. I told him that I had sent him the email with the return address and as soon as I received it back, I would issue him the refund. On October 24 I emailed Mr. Reed again and informed him That I would be waiving the restocking fee because this problem he was having was no fault of his own. He is telling everyone that I am insisting on charging him the restocking fee and this is simply not true. Our goal here is not to cause people pain but to make things easier for the blind community. I am visually impaired myself and the products that I sell on the store are the products that I use personally. I want to set the record straight here and this is the last thing I'm going to say on this. We have always bent over backwards for our customers. I even went out and purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max just so I could do testing after Mr. Reed informed me of the problems he was having with his phone. NO, we don't include instructions in our packages that is why we include an audio description on our website. Most blind people do not want to mess with printed instructions and so therefore we are one of the very few companies and one of the first companies to include audio descriptions of every product we sell. I understand that sometimes people want pictures for their products, are inventory changes so frequently that it is hard for me to keep up with the pictures and being that I am blind myself, I am unable to make sure that the pictures turn out well. I will try and get some pictures up for the products that we plan on carrying in stock on a regular basis. Please see my email below and you will see everything that I sent to Mr. Reed on October 24 . So all of these claims that we were going to hold his money, are completely unfounded. Also, I want to mention that it is November 7 , and we have still not received the product back to us. I would also like to mention I have sent Mr. Reed about three different emails and have never gotten a single response. As far as the cable with the magnetic tips. We like to do nice things for our customers and from time to time we will put free items in the package for our customers. That is a magnetic cable charging kit that is USB on one side and you get three tips for the other side which is micro USB, USB type C, and Apple lightning. I am unsure as to why people don't reach out and just ask me through a quick email what these things are and why they would rather post this on a public list? Is it so wrong to want to do nice things for our customers? It's just something that we like to do as an extra bonus. Thank you for letting me speak the truth to everyone. I hope everyone checks out our website as we do have some great products!

Just a quick thank you
Hi Randy. I just wanted to say thank you very much for taking a few minutes to speak with me today. We do our best to help out everyone in the blind community with product that we think we know they would like. We've been doing this now for almost 10 years. It's impossible for us to test out every case and every phone with this lanyard system, but I wanted to say that I appreciate you visiting with me because you have inspired me to go purchase an iPhone 15 Pro Max to test it out. If possible and you have the time, and you can find out for me, it would greatly benefit me to know What model of OtterBox case that is that you are using. We want this lanyard system to be the best for all of our customers, and it will do that if we can get the proper information out to people about it. That's why it will help me a great deal if you are able to get me the model of the OtterBox case. And I also wanted to let you know I'm going to be refunding you all of your money and not keeping the 15% restocking fee. The lanyard issue you are having is not an issue with you at all and I just want this to be the best it can be. I myself and Aira Explorer and have been since day one. I'm always looking out for the best option to be able to use Aira when I am out and about and I always look forward to finding something that I can share with the community. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me on this as I look forward to doing some more testing so I can better inform other customers down the line like yourself. Thank you for giving us a chance with this product and I'm sorry that it did not work out better for you. It's like just one of those things where one thing is not going to work for everyone out there. That's what makes the world go round with different options and different choices. I hope you understand.

First, there's nothing I dislike about this lanyard. I used their silicon one for years, but it was a problem in the summer when my neck was bare. It stuck to me like glue so I always had to have a high neckline. This does not happen with this foam lanyard which is very soft.
I continue to use the part of the silicon lanyard with the card pocket -- he still sells those -- because it keeps my phone from sliding around and insures it is secure in my hand on a bumpy bus. And I can clip it to my shirt easily with that holder.
So I just clip the phone to the lanyard using the silicon holder and that works great. It's very easy to lower and raise and adjust the phone for either Be My Eyes, Aira or Facetiming with a friend to have them describe something.
I needed the patch for an old Android phone I use around the house because it is in an old plastic case. I stuck that to the back of the case, attached the lanyard which is very easy to unclip from my phone holder and clip to the Android phone's ring, which is attached to the patch. I didn't want to put the patch on my iPhone because I love the silicon holder so much.
He also sells magSafe rings you can use with the lanyard, so if you have a magSafe phone you don't even need the patch. But you could always use the patch on some older gizmo, like an iPOD in its case, and this way you can easily switch between devices using the lanyard. For example, an old iPod goes with me to the gym because I don't want my phone to get stolen and I'm not always watching my backpack. It's quick and easy to move the lanyard to the iPod if I want to use it on a treadmill and I have either a patch glued to its case or it's in a holder with some sort of clip or ring. He sells all the accessories, the rings, patches and such separately but he also sells a kit with everything included.
it looks like the Harbolt Company did the right thing in the end
It certainly looks like the Harbolt Company did the right thing in the end. The fact the product hasn't yet been received or no responses to aditional emails gives me pause on the claims of the poster who complained.
Thanks for sharing. I…
Thanks for sharing. I actually thought about doing that, clipping the new lanyard to the silicone holder as the silicone lanyard slides around too much for me and doesn't seem to go as high. I don't have a mag safe phone and so far the patch is holding well on my oderbox
Pictures of this product
Are there any pics of this anywhere? I'm interested in maybe getting one but I'm struggling to figure out how it works from the descriptions alone.
I had a Slinger case but had to give it up. It was interfering with all of my bluetooth headphones for some reason. I've wanted a replacement for awhile now.
Also will this work with a 14 Pro Max? I'm concerned my phone may be too heavy in its Otterbox case but I'm not giving up the bulky case; I'm a stuff destroyer and have broken other cases just putting them in my pockets.

Hello and thank you for your question. By the end of the day today we will have pictures on our website of the way this works and looks on the back of your phone. This will definitely work on any weight of Phone as the adhesive is quite strong as well as the magnetic connection. If you would like to contact us to speak with us further over the phone please do so. They will not let me put my phone number here but you can go to our website and find the contact info there. Thank you
