I have two Braille displays, and Iβve been experiencing a strange issue with both of them.
Every time I try to connect either display to my Windows PC via Bluetooth, Windows shows a notification saying that the device wants to connect. I then have to enter the PIN code again before it connects.
This happens every single time, almost as though Windows doesnβt remember that the Braille display has already been paired.
Iβm running the latest version of Windows 11. One of the displays is a Focus 40 4th Generation with the latest firmware.
Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone know what might be causing this?

Focus
The Focus 5th Gen has a require pin setting in its settings menu you get to with the middle menu button on the display. I know you said 4th, and as far as I know the 4th doens't have any setting like this. But in case you meant 5th for one of your displays...
Windows doesn't have a require pin setting. If you enter this problem into Gemini it has several suggestions inclduing checking for corrupt registry keys. I won't reproduce its output here as I can't verify its accuracy, but if you are confident in more advanced Windows topics it might be worth a read.
