Just curious if anyone else on here has had much experience with Windows, NVDA, and specifically a touch interface. I have a Dell Latitude 7320 detachable on the way. I really like the idea of the two in one, having the device that runs full Windows but can be either a laptop or tablet. This device is a few years old by now, but that just means it can be had renewed for much less than when it came out, and specs are still good enough for anything I would ever throw at it. Smaller and more slim than my current Latitude 5420, and a nicer build.
I fully plan on ggrabbing the enhanced touch addon, but are there any other NVDA addons that you would add to that to make it better for touch, or just that one? Any Windows settings you would change? Any apps that work particularly well, and any that are just infuriating? I will of course have a keyboard for any real work I need to do, but just wondering for kicking back on the couch with the device in just tablet mode, for stuff like youtube, reading emails, etc, what I can expect.

I do not like touch screens
Maybe it’s just me, but I really dislike using screen readers with a touchscreen on Windows. A screen reader like NVDA has way too much functionality to be controlled efficiently through touch gestures. Having owned several touchscreen laptops over the years, I don't think I’ve relied on touch controls even once.
Productivity vs casual stuff
Like I said, I will have a keyboard for any actual work needing done, but for just sitting around watching youtube or the like, it would be nice if I could get around the OS decent enough even without the keyboard.
